DO YOU SHIP DANGEROUS GOODS?

Yes, please call us to discuss the shipment of dangerous goods.

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP DELIVERY SERVICE IN YELLOWKNIFE OR THE COMMUNITIES OF THE SAHTU?

No, we do not offer home delivery or pick-up in Yellowknife or the Sahtu Communities.

HOW FREQUENTLY DOES SUMMIT SERVICE THE MCKENZIE VALLEY?

We have a minimum of two cargo flights per week into the communities of the Mackenzie Valley. However, cargo space is limited and deliveries may be prioritized and sent with the next flight.

WHAT ARE THE CUT-OFF TIMES FOR CARGO SHIPMENTS?

Orders must be paid for a minimum of 12 hours before the next scheduled cargo flight. An email will be sent with all information needed, from air waybill to flight departure   time.

DO YOU SHIP LIVE ANIMALS?

Yes, we ship live animals.  Please contact us at 1-867-765-5959, to discuss the shipment of live animals.

WHERE DO I DROP-OFF / PICK-UP MY SHIPMENTS IN YELLOWKNIFE?

Items for drop-off / pickup in Yellowknife are to be delivered to / picked-up from our Head Office at 27 Yellowknife Airport 100 Dickins Street, Yellowknife, NWT.
